This year we celebrated one of our team members, Vicky Maxwell's 50-year anniversary with EFP. She was surprised with a visit from her husband, children, and grandchildren for the celebration.
Vicky has been a devoted EFP team member since September of 1974. She was just 18 years old when she started her career with EFP and has performed and excelled in nearly every job in our Decatur, Alabama plant. She started as a Packer, and since has worked as a Wirecutter, a Machine Operator in Styrocast (the "lost foam" department), a Setup team member, and currently works as an Expander Operator.
